What is my day like as a Chef de Partie?
In the kitchen of our hotel's main restaurant, each day brings something new. You’ll be part of a kitchen team led by a renowned Master Chef with experience in multiple Michelin-starred establishments. Your shift starts with a briefing to align the team for the evening’s service. Tasks are allocated, and you begin with mise en place, ensuring you're ready for all orders and can swiftly adapt as needed. Besides preparing the station, you maintain HACCP standards and oversee ingredient quality. Once everything is prepped, you assist wherever necessary, followed by a staff meal. During service, orders come in, and dishes start flying out. The evening ends successfully with satisfied guests and a pleased executive chef. This fulfillment fuels your enthusiasm for the next day. After service, you and the team clean up and enjoy a well-deserved closing drink.

You have completed training as an Independent Working Chef (level 3).
You have relevant work experience.
You are creative, passionate about the profession, and highly motivated.
You demonstrate total commitment during work.
You are knowledgeable about HACCP standards.
You have European ID or Passport.
You posses English speaking level B2.
