This attractively furnished Spanish family home is located in Lo Pagán. The beaches and promenade of San Pedro are a
10-minute walk away. In addition, all important facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies and
shops can be found at a short distance.
The house offers a cozy terrace at the front of the house. At the rear of the house is a patio where you can also dine if
you want a little more privacy. The living room is attractively furnished with a comfortable sofa. The closed kitchen is
equipped with a gas stove, sink, oven, extractor hood, fridge / freezer and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
On the first floor you will find the bedrooms. The master bedroom is located at the front of the house and offers a
spacious double bed (160 x 200) and a small balcony. At the rear is the second bedroom with two single beds (80 x
200). The bathroom can also be found on this floor, complete with toilet, sink and bath with shower. Both bedrooms
are air-conditioned so you can enjoy a pleasant night`s sleep.
In this house you can use WiFi and relax in front of the large modern television with your favorite programs. You can
park your car in the street in front of the house, which offers extra convenience.
A small dog is allowed in this holiday home. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
